comfortable and confident as we proceed to reach
this important first goal. The correct selling
price of a property is the highest price that

We will show you how you
may best prepare your home for showing and
advise you of any necessary repairs. You will be

Progress Report will keep you up to date.

email or telephone call, but we will communicate

PRE-APPROVED MORTGAGES AND
FINANCING GUIDANCE
We are able to work with
local banks in an effort to offer pre-approved
mortgages, which encourages buyers by letting
them know the mortgage potential in advance. We
will provide professional financing guidance to
